While the flagship Big Crown model already existed in a case with this alloy on a leather strap, in a wide variety of dial colours, it now finds itself dressed in a bronze strap as well!OverviewThis Big Crown has a 40mm case with a fluted bezel, equipped with an oversized crown and a rice-grain strap, absolutely everything is in solid bronze on this new iteration of Oris’ absolute bestseller, released in 1938. Only the case back is made of satin-finished stainless steel to avoid oxidation too quickly. Dressed in this way, this model is very attractive. The bronze brings a touch of preciousness and warmth to the watch once on the wrist. The multi-link bracelet, relatively thin, is also very pleasant to wear. Its lugs are 20mm apart.
