Sputnik Earrings

Description

This retro-fabulous earring. Love the mid-century modern look & these sputnik earrings are proof of it. Each measures just over 1″ in diameter. So lightweight you won’t even feel them when you wear them.

This style features a chartreuse or lime center and teal matte ‘sprockets’.

Most all earrings are made with vintage lucite parts that were made in Rhode Island in the 1960’s – early 80’s by Best Plastics. I hand-set them with surgical steel earring posts and they have sturdy surgical steel/acrylic backings on them as well. Light-weight & fun to wear.
